Finally, the exhibition presents some of the major figures of British sculpture in the museum’s grounds: Henry Moore’s primitive, organic forms rub shoulders with Barbara Hepworth’s metaphysical polyhedrons, whilst Anthony Gormley’s allegory “embodied” in a human form contrasts with the poetry of Barry Flanagan’s acrobatic rabbits.
