In the mid-1950s, after the death of his father and at the age of 19, the young Reinhold Würth transformed his local business into a veritable global commercial empire.

Today the Würth Group has a presence in more than 84 countries and is experiencing exemplary growth, with a total staff of over 58 000 people. Reinhold Würth himself acknowledges that art plays an essential role in both his life and in his company’s success. As a friend of artists, he is fervent in his policy of patronage in support of the plastic arts, literature and music.
